I've got a bike from Wiggle/CRC, and the frame cracked twice, and the first time I sent the bike back and they sent a replacement (2) that was exactly the same, which was fine, but then that one cracked in a different place. So then I sent that one back and the returned (3) one that was the wrong size and a different colour, I told them I wasn't happy about the colour nor the size, so I sent that back... So bike 4 arrives right size, wrong colour. So does anyone know where I stand legally with this, as TBH I'm sick of dealing with this? I don't want the bike if it isn't aesthetically pleasing, I don't feel confident that it isn't going to crack, and also over the course of 2 years I've been without the bike for 3 months.
