It’s frustrating as I find the oval shape more comfortable.
Do any experienced riders ride without aero bars?

Could you get some cut-out pieces printed to apply to the bars so you have the flat profile on the top of some round bars? Then you have some of the comfort of aero drops and the versatility of round drops
