Bike-discount.de has these for less. I bought one for €17 in the Black Friday sale, but I think it was still less than €20 afterwards.

Newly built commuter. My god do 'proper' mudguards take a long time to fit.

RGR’d my Pacer after taking the cockpit and some of the drivetrain off for other bikes.

I think the total cost of this was £12 for the headset bearings.

Brand x swept back bars off of chain reaction. I love them personally, super cheap and perfect width+Sweep

That's cheap. What's the story? Interesting mudguard stays...

Mountains of scrap that I couldn't arsed to sell on a possibly lethal Roubaix. Guards are Bontrager, which can be adjusted by a monkey, but look like...well...that.

I endorse the man maths that a build only costs what ever you had to spend at the time of building.

New (to me) Thomson X2 stem and stupidly wide bars for my Cannondale. I've not been able to cycle for a couple of weeks and won't be able to properly for a couple more after stacking it off of a Bullitt at work and nailing my knee. Took this for a very leisurely pootle around the block though and it felt great!
I haven't been able to ride fixed since summer after I broke my foot and guess I won't be able to for a while longer after my knee injury so this'll be my every day bike for a bit longer.

Is that just outside the swan by any chance? There's usually a CAAD10 someone commutes on in ratty condition a bit further down.
