Back again, are the finned inserts worth the extra? Looks like @hippy had some a couple of years ago but there doesn't seem to be a consensus on whether they help at all (in this thread according to my searching)
I recently had to stop a ride because my rotors/pads/whatever were sizzling so I'm thinking maybe a good idea. That was with SRAM DB5.
