With a large proportion excluding themselves either by outstanding 'disciplinary issues', skeletons not wanted to be out of the cupboard (but known about by the whips' office), inability to string a complete sentence together or sheer laziness, there are only probably only about 30% of the parliamentary party capable of holding a crayon.
