Measure the rim ERD. Measure the hub flange PCDs and the distance of the flanges from the centre of the hub. Plug the results into the Edd spoke calculator, choose your number of spokes and crossings and Bingo Bango, correct spoke lengths. Plenty out info out there on measuring ERDs and hub dimensions.
