Cyclists who don't take their helmets off when they go shopping, to the library, sight seeing, on the train etc etc. There's more and more in more unlikely places everyday. I half expect to see one sitting in the barbers or doing a few lengths of the local pool with a swimcap and goggles strapped over the top.
