  While living in Asia for a few years, I learned to stopp drinking chilled water. Tepid/slightly warm is far better.

  Very sad. I think regardless of people’s willingness to support Velocio, any fight/extra burden needed to keep LFGSS going would unfairly sit on their shoulders and I don’t think that’s fair.

  @Velocio thanks for everything you’ve done to keep this place running. Anyone who’s ever used the forum owes you a huge debt of gratitude.

  Remember going to school and one blue drink being my only hydration all day, even if we played football for an hour at lunch and had PE. I was fine.

  I drink more now but maybe only a pint of squash and a cup of tea during the day.
