  • First run in over a month with no knee pain. Looks like the stretching and strengthening exercises are working. ✌️✌️

    I can't do squats because of knee seizing after a few sets.

  • Sorrly, only just seen this - not been following anything online I can link to - I saw a physio who gave me some exercises, but if you google exercises for strengthening glutes, and stretching quads its basically all of those.

    Lots of lunges too.
