Travelled up CS6 from Blackfriars to Smithfield alongside someone on a gorgeous Colnago track bike. Are you ‘on here’?

Anyone know who the guy is who is always riding around W London on a bike with this kind of geo/position? Looks so uncomfortable to ride for more than 5 mins:

DAS'd someone on what on what looked to be a brklss flying gate at Newington Green last night. Said DAS was met with a shrug.

Was DAS'd yesterday going through Lothbury. Didn't realise in time, and besides, my Brompton isn't yet capable (but hopefully not for too long).
