What distances do you run or train for?

Forum approved answer would be to start drinking upside down in a hedge. 3 pints later, you will still be squiffy, but at least you will be in the correct orientation to attempt to walk home.

Yes, can really relate to this. Before being vegan I was around 10 and half stone and now I'm usually just over 10. I've found it almost impossible to get back to that weight but it hasn't affected cycling performance so not a major issue for me.

I am drinking a lot of beer. And cycling. Not losing weight. Much equilibrium.

All distances really, did the Eiger Ultra Trail 51k in the summer, the Snowdonia Marathon in October, I’ll do a spring marathon and then I’ve entered Race To The Stones 100k in the summer, then I’ll do another mountain marathon in late summer and then back to Snowdonia. Having a bit of a break until new year, so only running 40 ish miles a week, 3 spin classes and a Parkrun just to keep some speed in the legs at the moment.

This really sounds like a lot of beer is the solution; as @snottyotter pointed out -
you could do less whilst drinking beer, doing stuff makes you skinny -

where should I go for fake burger/wings/chicken/fish in London tomorrow, eat around 6-8pm, no big queues. done Temple of Seitan before. Ideally central/northish/paddington. ideally somewhere that serves, or is near to a good beer establishment.
