I believe it's the same frame at the LTD with the exception of the axles so would build into a nice gravel/bikepacking/monstour/trend-following-thing also

Stelbels are TIG manufactured and at least stamped on the head tube.

My bad, did wonder why it was a low price.

£85 steel touring/gravel/whatever frame. I've been watching it for months so if he's got an ounce of sense he ought to take £50 at this point. I think the Stelvio preceded the Elan but is pretty much the same thing - basically a CdF except not as good/cheaper. You've got to go to Stoke to collect it though.
