so i kind of accidentally bought a watch.. condition not good!!. but i love the model dial and case. do you think a service can restore it? if yes where can i sent it?

Looks like water damage. On the plus side it makes the dial quite interesting! Have somebody check on the movement to make sure it's clean, I think. Good luck :)

well the dial was supposed to be like this. so i don't know if that's dirt or discoloration from whatever.
