the number of gears generally trickle down faster than technology though, they did it pretty quick in MTB
anyone why does anyone want 12 gears? Genuinely whats the argument?
But it’s a 12 speed eTap specific system, we’ve no idea how easy it is to put that into a mechanical rear mech.
It’s also not clear when they’ll launch, eTap was seen in the wild at least 18 months before it actually came to market.
