Strata brake lever.
Note in picture two they haven't got the quick release slit for the brake cable like The equivalent GB levers, which is handy if your running a bike built for both road and track riding.
No branding on them either unfortunately apart from the unfathomable lettering underneath the base.
However they feel and look very well made.
