Those Osgear drop outs were the first thing that made me think it was 40s and then those lugs.
Found a picture of a 48' Avant Coureur which is a good match for the listed frame but the 48' doesn't have the Osgear drop outs , so maybe the ebay frame is a little older ?
I like it but it's too big for me by the look of it and I've contacted the seller and they won't entertain posting it.
