Don't know, buyer pays that to ebay who name their price. I bought some carbon motorbike bits from the states a couple weeks ago and it cost me £14 for the postage including import tax

I sold a wheel recently. I put £5 shipping, eBay charged the buyer in Italy and extra £18 on top
