Is it literally just putting a domed acryllic back on?? Even older Timpsons stores should have the Bergeon tool in a drawer. 1 minute job

I was hoping to have the acrylic polished as well.
But I seem to be totally failing at getting it done this morning. The place on St John's street I tried this morning on my way to work only does trade, and none of the places in Clarkenwell seem to be there anymore.

Called a shop. They said they should be able to.
Woman takes it to a guy to "check if it needs to be replaced". Guy tries to push it in with his thumbs. FFS.
This is why I'm going to have to take it to a fucking watch specialist, because everyone else is fucking retarded.

Can anyone recommend a watch repair place near Liverpool Street?
The acrilic crystal popped off my other half's GP and I want someone half capable.
Most places I've found seem to be trade only.
City Watch in the Arcade said they send it off, and quoted >£90 to service a automatic watch (my skx013 is running slow).
Clarkenwell may also work, although if I'm going that far I may as well go to Hatton Garden.
