I understood the very useful feature of CineStill is that I can just have it developed easily at every fucking photo lab.

Yes, you can. In C41 which is cross processing, as it meant for ECN2.

Thank you, I know.

My point being it's convenient to shoot CineStill as you can have it developed everywhere, for cheap - as opposed to regular motion picture material.
