Done what? If you mean eliminate quite a lot of the bar and brake lever structure in exchange for limiting riding position to in the drops, what you end up with is a lo pro. If you keep the whole of the bar but just fit vestigial brake levers in a place where they are out of the wind, see A. R. Engers

as requested, its not beautiful. Ive only used it for one time trial. Its not a very effective brake as its not sprung for one thing so its a case of applying but also manually de- applying the brake. Purely for legality sake in FG CTT i guess.

Some interesting results, Farsports outperforming zipp sawtooth , FLO being called out and flouncing with lawyer threats and Hunts being meh. Also includes a shootout between 23 and 25c.
