  • I know. And I won't pay for it a second time. This time I didn't make an issue of it because the shop I went to, really helped as much as they could (I didn't buy the bike at their shop so they didn't have to put time in my "warranty case" in the first place). They told me they would charge for the replacement and I was happy to pay for it in case they could help me get a new frame. They did what was agreed but Cannondale just thought to solve this cheap by sending me an "old" frame.

  • Urggghh messy.

Also I’m surprised the shop didn’t tell you that they basically charged you to move parts between two identical frames.

Are you prepared to die in a ditch to get this sorted? You’ll need to get on to ‘Cannondale’ (CSG) and hammer away at them until they sort it.

  • No no ( maybe I putted this wrong): I don't blame the shop, they told me they wanted to take care of the warranty proces (as a customer you can 't contact Cannondale directly for that) but would have to charge me in case the parts needed to be moved between the bikes as they didn't sell this bike to me (that was another shop).

O, but I will definitely hammer on them. They replaced the frame so they indirectly admitted there's an issue with that frame. I've sent them this video so they have proof this frame has the same resonance thing. I won't let them get away with it this way.
