We could start later, 8am, which would open up more options for controls and also be closer to brekkie time rather than freezingdicksoff time?

The aim is to make York, right? Is there something happening in York we are actually aiming for? I presume all the groups converge, get drunk, get naked, screw each other than head back home once satisfied, or something similar, yeah?

Unless there's still snow about, or post-Brexit zombies, a 6am away should be pretty quiet and not lose everyone too much sleep.
