Yeah I'm gonna run a roll and see what happens, if it's bad I might try and sort it. Seems like 3 tiny grub screws, lift everything out and don't touch the shutter?!

More or less for the front element, the rear element needs a c-spanner to twist the retaining ring off if I remember rightly.
The tricky part when removing the front element is replacing the focus ring/distance scale in the right place so it still focuses correctly. You more or less have to remember at what distance the focus ring is removed from the camera when you're unscrewing it, then make a note to re-attach at the same point

If I remember rightly, It doesn't look too difficult to do. I've got a couple of Nettars, one with a touch of fungus that I need to get around to cleaning.
Having said that, a little fungus doesn't seem to affect image quality too much
