Mine is doing the same thing. Cycle shop said it’s my cable. Mine is stuck in the lowest gear. Very annoying but less annoying than the high which it gets stuck in sometimes.

I think so but there is also an issue with the tensioner/derailleur as the flat headed screw keeps on undoing itself but if I tighten it then it can’t do its job. It’s either too tight or on it’s way to being too slack to the point of falling out.
