I can't get my head around the reach measurement they have supplied, nearly 80mm longer than the other gravel bike i'm looking at

Are you looking at the "Reach+" figure?

Reach+ is including the stem length right? if so that makes sense. The chart wouldn't load properly in my browser so i couldn't see the normal reach section

it's like a full size bigger than i really want for a medium, but the head tube length is tiny for the size down
