The Dodgers starters were pretty good: the Dodgers bats went dead, not aided by Dave Roberts platooning.
Can't blame Roberts for trying what worked in the regular season, but the Red Sox pitchers are not NL 3,4,5 starters.
Let's hope the Dodgers management pick up Roberts' '19 option.
Successive World Series appearances don't deserve the sack.

Shame that wasn't closer, but there's not a great deal the Dodgers can do if their ace doesn't have his stuff. Well done to Boston.
