Short wheel base, Major Taylor stem, all configured on the drive side, fixed...
I'd love that!
You'd be a brave man to take it two-up down anything approaching a hill in the rain though!

It's so awesome! pulled it out an elderly guys loft, had been sitting unused for 40 years. he used to work in my local bike shop way back before my parents were born. The stem is phillipe (french)
