I don’t know whether to give him a deadline after which I’d be wanting a refund rather than the stem.
Though of course I went and paid by PayPal gift so I’ll be onto plums when it comes to actually getting a refund.

m trying to be nice in my emails to Sam but my patience is wearing thin and it sounds like I might not be the only one that feels that way.
