This seems normal to me - if the estate agent has to be there, they'll only allow 30 min slots so they can keep to a schedule.

That's true I get that. The estate agent asked the vendor if we could have free roam of the property for 1 hour, but he refused. That's a bit concerning.

I'm not sure if I would be concerned, thats quite an odd request IMO.
