Or my dad who thinks starting his motorbike, which is nearly as old as he is, and revving it for 5 mins to warm it up at 7 am on a Sunday morning is acceptable behaviour?

Hah, yeah, like the guy who lives next door to our cousins. Retired, but owns a hot-rod, that he likes to tune on the drive way on a Sunday afternoon.

Sounds like the dickhead that decides to mow the lawn at 5am on Australia (Invasion) Day... It's a thing... Unfortunately...
