I have a watch with that movement - 7S26-0054 - that I dropped and it started running very fast - much faster than yours. I tried to get it repaired at a couple of places. The first wouldn't even look at it, the second said the movement was 'broken' and that it needed a new one and it would cost £250.
I haven't given up on it, and will take it to Alsal at some point - it's just difficult for me to get there. You may just be better off buying a new watch, though.
Perrin Watch Parts list a new 7S26 movement for $36USD. Worst case scenario if the movement in yours is completely done is to buy one of those and get it fitted by someone.
