So, finally all the parts for the 'neater' front out mount for the garmin has arrived and even though its a tad long, I was throughout impressed with the design and overall look:

Ya, really helped with my OCD by having this light in the centre, I haven’t really tested it over a long distance with bumpy roads hopefully this mount will hold in place, especially with the weight of this light.
