Currently looking for a bottom bracket, but not sure what spindle length I should be looking at. Anyone got experience with a build or have a recommendation of what length might work best?
If nothing then I will just have to look for a adjustable bb. Something like this -

On another note, the stem I got delivered from France isn't really the right colour.. My ocd is going a bit mental but should calm down a bit once I've drilled and wrapped the bars

Love the Aende. Nice choice of groupo.
I picked up a 94 Aende Lo Pro the other day complete with original build receipt from "Pongo".
I'm following your build with interest. -

Interesting, I've never seen any paperwork associated with an Aende, I thought he kept everything hush hush because of the taxman?

Here's mine.
A bit of a mish mash of components that will probably end up Campag.
Nice Juna disc though. Haven't really ridden it yet. Roads are to crappy.

Pedals are wrong admittedly but I don't want another pair of shoes and cleats to deal with.

V nice. I think some blue bar tape that matches the frame would finish that off nicely!

Initially I was going to go for black bar tape. I've found some tan hoods and was thinking of a tan Rolls saddle to match. The blue bar tape might go better with the tan.

drilled bars? I found road levers on those bars to be a nightmare for cable routing
Not yet. Trying to though :-(
