I suppose this question is a plea for help more than anything.

Its my mother in law's funeral on Friday and there has been a balls up getting the order of service cards printed.

A design has been done (may well need tweaking), but we urgently need 30 copies printed in colour on light card. Ideally we'd be able to pick them up tomorrow as we are travelling North on Thursday.

Is there anybody here who can help us out?

These guys have been swift when I've used them in the past. They're open 24 hours so may well be able to turn it around if you talk to them.

There's also a 24h place in Soho, Wardour st I think, that have been fine with doing small jobs on the spot for me. 30 copies is nothing, any printer should be able to turn it around so long as they have the right kind of card.

Actually for either place mentioned, if they don't have the right card you can probably get it in the big Paperchase, Tottenham Court Rd. If you have time.

I'm after a plastic plunger relay manual override button thingy. The actionman sized red buttplug in the pictured.

Despite my best googling I can't find where to buy one, or something to buy to then canablalise.

As an override or as the next step in Action Man's pegging journey? Looks ideal for the latter what with the little hand holds.
Otherwise, can't you just prod something through the magic hole (ahem) to do the same job as the plunger? Maybe best to use something insulating...

I’m looking for a M6 bolt that ideally has both an allen key and hex socket head.

They don’t seem to be out there.

It would be handy if the head was much larger... like this

... which has lead me to the idea of an allen key bolt, cutting a thread onto the head, then screwing that into the relevant sized socket nut with red locktite.

a) Is this a shit idea?

b) The head diameter should be 10mm right? So an M10 nut? A M10 nut should be ~8mm high/thick vs a 6mm allen head height, which sounds like enough to hold onto.

c) is there a way to do a BB style reverse thread to decrease the chance of them coming undone?

d) As for material, A2 would be good for corrosion resistance, but I’m assuming it might be a bit hard for my cutting set. So would an A2 nut (to prevent visible surface rust) paired with a standard steel M6 allen bolt and some copper slip be the best option?

@Matita24 I got around to making a prototype today. Haven't 100% finalised the design or price, but it's up on the thread and insta.

May be making slightly smaller on the width and maybe slightly more square on the base, to maximise on useful volume.

Thanks. Unfortunately they're £20 and not M6 thread.

The bolt is for the sidecover of my motorbike that needs a coin. Custom Allen key replacements are available for that sort of money. But my thinking was a nut and bolt would be a few quid and give me both socket and Allen key options.
