  • Probably. Maybe they took a position of power out of being told they were wrong.

    In effect you had all the cards and played them in the wrong order. Next time, now that you have a lot of research knowledge, you can go from a different angle, and after the further research, poo-poo the claims and sympathetically offer a lower price based on the information proving it.

    Shame you couldn’t do this from a position of authority this time around, probably you could have gotten a deal, or at least the upper hand on the no-deal.

  • All good theory, but it's an average PP, and their are plenty of way better examples, which come onto the market fairly frequently..
