- De-lace - free, takes 10 mins. Cut the spokes if you're ultra lazy. Keep two to measure ERD.
- new spokes - you can get a wheel's worth of ACI Alpina for <£15 - maybe not #buyer enough for you but they're fine for most stuff
- wheel build - forumites have offered to do this for free (beer?) in the past. You could do it yourself but I know you hate maintenance
Hub and lights are the only expensive bits really.

I'm going to wait until she gets her 'race' wheel so I don't disable her bike with this nonsense.

I should hit Supernova up for a discount. They were offering cheaper lights for TCR racers and since I've ridden three of them...
