Different threads, depending on the wall thickness of the axle. Can't remember the actual numbers but 6600/6650 is the normal road size so any generation 105/Ultegra/DA compatible parts will work. Look in my 464 thread for #tester_approved aluminium ones

I’m going to whack some new old ultegra (6650) cranks on my surly, but I’m missing the preload bolt. I know there’s a couple of different types but I’m not sure how they’re different. If I want a non-shimano plastic one, what should I be looking for? Can’t seem to find a compatible one.
