I meant more that there's non-flat places to run when training around mcr.

Ah ok makes sense. Thought @DenGlanzig lived the lumpier side of town anyway tho, no shortage of hills oop North.

Yeah Kearsley, but I do most of my running before or after work which is Trafford Park / Salford Quays #flat
