Just like any other caliper/lever combo. Just use a BH90 hose with straight at the lever and banjo at the caliper. Both systems are pressure ones so should in theory work. I just don't see the point, apart from maybe having it all spare parts to begin with.

To a degree yes, but this is overkill in a "but whyyy" kinda way.
Doesn't matter how many pistons you have, you're limited by the tyre/rotor combo. You'll be locking up wheels before the caliper hits it's peak performance and the opposite goes for the rubber.
Saying that, I'd still build it for shits and giggles.
