Just like any other caliper/lever combo. Just use a BH90 hose with straight at the lever and banjo at the caliper. Both systems are pressure ones so should in theory work. I just don't see the point, apart from maybe having it all spare parts to begin with.
It doesn't look like the pad is going to fit the rotor properly either.
And why have a braise on but no cable stop?
And that hanger screw is huge, and ugly!
Totally, but the Zee calipers to road levers is pretty neat.
