Dilling base layer
..is it non-itchy?
Which one did you get if I may ask?
-
• #1278
Excellent. Can you get me both a long and short sleeved please? Size medium I think.

I got this one: (I only now realise they don't have a UK site so I'm not sure if they'll ship there)
https://www.dilling.nl/Heren-ondergoed/Merinos-shirt-met-lange-mouwen-voor-heren-grijs.html
It may be a tad itchy, but I'm not sure if I had noticed if you hadn't asked. I didn't mind, but I couldn't help noticing it when I asked myself when it was itchy halfway through my ride.

Anybody want a Vulpine 100% merino short sleeve top in Red, size small?
It's in excellent condition as I rarely wore as it was too long for me.
Is £25 reasonable?
edit: It's a slightly deeper red than this but I'm shit with this new camera

..they do have a German site, and ship to Berlin!
: ]Thank you for your feedback!
I've found sometimes they loose the itchiness after 1-2 washes.
Though the expensive Icebreaker 200 I bought last winter is still itchy as fuck no matter what.

Uniqlo are pretty good, although might be a bit thin for your purposes;
Muji also often good;

Thank you for your suggestions.
Ironically Uniqlo and Muji have their stores right next to each other here in Berlin and I been to both recently.
While being in the former was just an overall annoying experience Muji was very nice.
Both do tend to have like the opposite of "slim fit" cuts though usually, it's made for rather short people, to be frank - also there's not much in white or light grey, so no use for me. -

Cheap Merino wool socks that aren't Planet X?

Aldi? (Merino blend though)
Evans had some on clearance for about £7 too.
Otherwise maybe Decathlon?

I have Woolie Boolies and PX merino socks. They're both good. Only use the Woolie Boolies in deepest, darkest winter though.

Decathlon a good call, thanks.
The PX ones have served me well in the past, I'm just trying to avoid using PX anymore.

I've only got these in my sock drawer. Between 20 and 30 pairs. Lasts ages.

just received a Dilling base layer
..are you happy with it?
I got two items from them, but returned both (one because of fit, other because I didn't like the "spongy" feel of the merino fabric).

I haven’t worn them that much as it is yet to get cold enough to warrant wearing them. I’m not that picky as I haven’t worn that much merino so unable to comment on sponginess, but the fit is okay for me.
I reckon you could make your own for £70.
