the only decent pub nr clapton fc was the spotted dog, decent being a loose term, it was full of characters, don't think it opens anymore
most pubs in that area are now flats or tesco expresses
tramps beers in west ham park ? or toms call -
• #146734
They are not playing at the Spotted Dog but at the Stray Dog:
Wadham Lodge Sports Ground
Kitchener Road
London E17 4JPNo idea where that is except that I suspect that it is both further north and east than I have previously been. In the 'Stow, isn't it?

Where the crap is that? Is it even in London?

*wakes up whistling the champions league tune
-
• #146745
Yep. Didn't we come up against a bunch of oil rich, noveau riche mercanries last season? Just trying to recall how that worked out for them.
-
• #146746
They didn't lift the trophy either...
-
• #146747
We at least didn't demand games were replayed.
-
• #146748
Yes, there was some dignity in your departure...
And who can forget the unparalleled dignity of watching Kopites pelt the Citeh bus as it neared another famous Anfield European night... Cunts to a (wo)man...
-
• #146749
Sadly, the Liverpool police force were unable to find any of the Kopites in question. Must've been difficult obv.

Does anyone know why Guardiola shaves his arms? Or is it a delayed side-effect of the drugs?
*Gratuitous partisan post alert*
Just wanted to say how much I'm enjoying watching Chelsea atm... We had a fabulous group of players on the pitch on Saturday, worked hard for each other, scored four goals and at times played some really beautiful football... Fills my heart with joy, I don't care if we come fourth and don't win a thing, we're on an exciting new journey... Again... KTBFFH!
