Thanks man, what's your local Park Run? I've been going to South Manchester even though it's not local but I know the park better

Stretford. It was cool to start/finish on the running track. I've never been into competitive running or athletics but there was a definite buzz to pushing to the end on a running track!

Oh cool, might try and make it down there one Saturday. Closer than Platt Fields for me.
