Will events next year fill up quicker due to PBP qualifying?
I'm totally new to this and still trying to work out how best to qualify.

Mainly the 600's, you will find something later down the line but may end up traveling, don't worry too much yet though most don't open until 1st October.

Three or four times. I recall meeting you on the hill up to Chipping Norton in maybe 2015, which was probably the last time I did it, before it got popular!

Yes, in that all events tend to have higher entries on in PBP years. However this gets offset a bit because some extra events get put on. eg Mark Brooking at Willesden usually does the Beast from the East 600 in PBP years only (don't know if he is doing it next year).

Very few events sell out at all, but it is the big 600s that are most likely to. And LWL, of course!

Adding another layer of complexity!
Especially with a new arrival due end of November.

I'm pretty sure I can do HB and Porkers, Brimstone is the week before Windsor Chester Windsor and will therefore require some negotiation

When you finish HB and Porkers, you'll HAVE to do Brimstone.
That is the only negotiation needed I reckon.

BRM events for 2019 (i.e. PBP qualifiers) need to be in the calendar by 30th September I believe, so organisers have a couple of weeks to get themselves sorted...

Do any of these rides have a waiting list? Was set on WCW but didn't realise these things sold out.
