how can i accurately and repeatedly cut/sand/file the edge off of a sheet of ply/mdf at a 69 degrees?
i need a jig to hold it at the correct angle so i can then sand it on a beltsander but cant really visualise how it might look.

Don't you just need a wedge to put under it? Keep the belt sander vertical
If it's a thin sheet that won't work.
But this should, make it as big as you can so it'll last a while before it is sanded down too far itself.
