Just bought an amp off eBay which yodel have excelled in totally trashing despite being bubble wrapped etc. I'm trying to get money back off them but they keep rejecting all uploaded documents proving value i.e. Ebay screenshots, PayPal transaction. Is this standard practice for these cunts or should I be going straight to small claims court

You’re looking in the wrong place for your refund.

You’re contract is withbthe seller and the seller has the contract with the courier (unless you arranged the courier?).

I arranged courier as was collection only. I do feel stupid as I had only read shit things about them but yet here I am!
