That's the plan, but unfortunately the track season has ended just as I was getting into shape.
Off to Norfolk this evening for leg five of the Round Norfolk Relay tomorrow. As long as there is no wind whipping off the North Sea it should be an enjoyable run.

New PB post! 16.06 for the 5000 at the Kent a.c. club champs tonight. A little bit different to the impressive ultras that everyone has been running. But, my first genuine pb for a few years so I'm pretty pleased.
