  • Is it the newest Brompton colourway?

  • pls, I can't grow facial hair like that

  • Next projext, gfs m6 to and s2, it’s currently an m3, and then we will build a spare parts build m3 for carrying the little human/errands!

  • Thanks for clarifying, this was where I was getting confused.

If I stay onto of the rear triangle hinge bush maintenance, I should be OK for a good while.

  • and his legs are not shaved!!!!

  • Hair in all the wrong places!!

  • Looks like a 9 Streets yeah, they’re so nice IRL, dream paint job.

Considering they’re all spec’d with the shimano dynamo kit I’m not sure it would be my first choice for a hill climb.

  • Are you using the Brompton chainring or your 60? Wondering what a Brompton chainring and guard looks like on 7800s.

Also, why the mtb hollowtech? 68 spaced innit? And the mtb hollowtech is slightly wider than the road?

  • My 58, but I can put the Brompton ring on for a pic if you'd like?

MTB BB as apparently the DS needs to be spaced out 3-4mm. MTB cups are actually 1mm shallower than road cups so you get a bit more wiggle room. Following this.

  • Is there a difference between L type and R type mudguard stays? Was gonna grab some black ones off eBay (titanium too!) for cheapz, blurb says they have both but only L shows up on the drop down menu... Anyone else tried these?

  • L type for no rack and R type for rack.

  • Ah,,,, So it’s just a photoshoot with a model and fake race number then not an actual hill climb that took place somewhere else.

    Sorry if I missed something

  • That's obviously what I thought but I can't find R type stays for sale anywhere... Do they even exist?

Which lead me to make the point, are they the same thing if you can't buy R type stays?

  • well no, the guard fits straight to the rack

  • Bang! I should've checked my bike before asking, nice... Just need the front stay then... Also having trouble locating rack stays over here, massive PITA when I can't buy outside the territory I'm in...

  • Try Evans, from the hinge chat doesn’t sound like they’ve got any issues breaking the rules?

  • Marketing for the new bikes.

  • Yeah I get your frustration, do you not have local dealers?

  • I do but massive holes in their inventory, e.g. I can get black forward rack stays but not the rears... Ugh... I may just rattlecan the mudguard stay if I can't find one, that eBay shop only has full sets in black...

  • Got myself a little black single geared number for beach front cruising the 6peed Jobbie ideal for a 6 mile daily commute
These babies are a lifesaver for my knackered knees

  • Yeah, they'r great. I wish my dad would use his more. He can hardly walk and has dementia, but when he rides his bike, he's a different man with a big smile on his face.

  • Thar she blows. Only the 1 BB spacer in the end, and the ring in the outer position.

  • I need to get my cranks sorted, that looks great...

  • Has anyone encountered an issue with the front mount light where the black mount is loose, even when it both bolts are tighten up to its limit?
