I'm glad I moved just to avoid that death route. Coming up from Avenue Road in winter was a horror show. One of the only places I have NO problem blowing through reds.
It's apparently on a technicality, the court is saying TFL can't build on their roads without taking account of the effect on Westminster's.
The court decided that TFL didn't properly take into account the effects.
