Apparently Aru unleashed a load of expletives about his Colnago yesterday and blamed it for his problems, Ernesto Colnago heard it and 'it hurt a lot' and Aru called him to apologise personally, but Ernesto remains 'wounded'.

My Italian is not great but what he said was more or less "fucking piece of 3T shit!". It's an old Tuscan phrase.

He crashed. Did he really crash because of mechanical failure?

Wouldn't have been necessary with Shimano in the first place. Could be worse - he could've been using SRAM.
